Best Reform Synagogue Websites of 2019

Posted on April 3, 2019

best reform synagogue website design 2019We’ve been spending a lot of time scouring the web in search of the best Reform synagogue websites. And, with nearly 900 congregations affiliated with the Union of Reform Judaism, we certainly didn’t have a shortage of options. But, despite the abundance of Reform temples, putting this list together wasn’t easy.

Similar to Conservative synagogues, the growing reliance on free website templates represents an unfortunate trend. Whether the template is coming from the URJ or the synagogue’s membership management software, the end result is often the same. Preformatted templates can be hard to use. Unless the person updating them has design/development experience, the final look is often less than subpar. And then the synagogue is left with a website that doesn’t present the congregation in an appealing and exciting way. Any perceived savings is potentially canceled out by the damage wrought by a messy website.

Your synagogue’s website can inspire visitors to imagine themselves becoming a part of your congregation. It is such a key part of your outbound communication and marketing strategy. Your synagogue website has the power to help your Jewish community grow and thrive. Best of all, a fantastic website is more affordable than you may think -> Contact us for pricing details.

And, now without further ado, we are pleased to present you with our list of the best Reform temple websites of 2019. See what’s possible and check out how others celebrate their communities online.
