Because we designed and built your website, we already know the technology behind it – and we know your synagogue. Our ongoing support plan means help is there when you need it, whether it’s a quick update, a technical question, or something that simply isn’t working the way it should.
The plan includes ongoing maintenance and monitoring, along with a set amount of time each quarter for routine website updates, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements. Larger projects or work beyond the included support time can always be handled separately at our current hourly rate.
Unused support time does not roll over from quarter to quarter.
